  • What area do you cover?
    We are based in the Midlands and cover events nationwide.
  • How much does catering cost and is there a minimum spend?
    Our quotes are all individually tailored to your specific event. We do not have a minimum spend we cater for all numbers.
  • How do I book and is there a deposit payment needed?
    You can book by paying a 33% non-refundable deposit by either a bank transfer or by card over the phone.
  • Do you cater for specific dietary requirements?
    Yes we cater for all dietary requirements. You can work directly with our Executive Chef to plan the perfect menu for all of your guests.
  • Can we create our own menu?
    Our chef would be delighted to sit down with you to create a bespoke menu just for your event.
  • Do you offer a tasting evening?
    We offer personalised individual tastings where you would be invited to our main tasting room to try the food and run through your day in more details with our Executive Chef and Events Manager.
  • Do we need to provide a kitchen and all of the equipment?
    No, we can bring all our kitchen equipment with us, we will only require enough power and access to water.
  • Do you supply the crockery and cutlery?
    Yes, we can supply crockery, cutlery, glassware and table linen if required.
  • Do you provide the staff?
    Yes we provide Event Mangers/Supervisors, Chefs, Porters, Waiters, Bar Staff and Hostess.
  • When do you need to know guest numbers?
    All final details such as guest numbers/menu choices/timings and dietary requirements will be needed 3 weeks before your event.
  • Do you have a licence to serve alcohol?
    We hold personal license to serve alcohol and can get a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) from the council if needed, depending on the premises.
  • When do you need to know guest numbers & menu choices?
    All final details such as guest numbers/menu choices/timings and dietary requirements would be due 4 weeks prior. Then matching balance 3 weeks prior, followed by your final table plan with clear names and dietary requirements 2 weeks prior to your event date.
